When you purchase perpetual licenses, a support and maintenance subscription for the first year is included with your purchase. After this first year, the subscription is renewed according to the agreed terms. When you purchase non-permanent licenses (on a subscription basis) from us, you pay an annual usage fee, which also includes a support and maintenance subscription. Your license and right to support remain active for as long as your subscription is in effect.
What do you get?
If you have IMAGEM support and maintenance subscription with IMAGEM , you are entitled to remote support on weekdays regarding standard use of the software, provided by our support department. Support is available via our support portal, by phone (055 200 2055), or by email (imagem).
Support is provided for software versions in accordance with Hexagon Product Life Cycle and is limited to employees of your organization who are IMAGEM to IMAGEM .
When new releases, updates, and patches for standard Hexagon or IMAGEM become available, they will be made available to you if you have an active support and maintenance subscription. You can request the latest releases of Hexagon products via imagem.
With Activation-Based Licensing, a customer can independently deactivate a license and reactivate it on another machine via the internet. This can be done free of charge and without restriction. For Host ID-based licensing, IMAGEM assistance is IMAGEM .
