• to facilitate business transactions and correspondence between IMAGEM you
• to send you information and/or updates about our products and services
• to assist you if you wish to use our support services

Categories of recipients

To achieve the stated purposes of processing, we share your data with suppliers such as those providing our CRM system, email marketing application, software/licenses, and cookie providers. To fulfill our delivery obligation when you purchase a software license, we share your data with our supplier(s) located in Europe and the United States.

It is important to note that when your data is processed by recipients other than IMAGEM ensure that an appropriate level of protection is in place. We do this, among other things, by entering into a data processing agreement with these parties and by evaluating the level of protection on an annual basis. If we receive your personal data from our supplier(s) that is relevant to IMAGEM its operations, we will, of course, handle it with care as described in this privacy statement.

IMAGEM never sell your data to third parties. We will only share this data when strictly necessary, such as to fulfill our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

Data retention period

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We retain data that is no longer necessary for the processing purposes specified in this privacy statement for a maximum of 7 years.

We retain cover letters, resumes, correspondence, and other documents related to your application throughout the application process and will delete them no later than 4 weeks after the application process has concluded.

How we protect personal data

IMAGEM the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unintended disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are signs of misuse, please contact us atimagem.

View, edit, or delete data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. In addition, you retain the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing and to object to the processing of your personal data by IMAGEM; you also have the right to data portability.

You can submit a request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to have it transferred, as well as a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, by sending an email toimagem. Please note that such a request may result in our inability to fulfill one of the specified purposes of processing for you.

To ensure that you are the one submitting the request for access, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number, and your Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

Google Analytics

All information is received in anonymized form based on standard Google profiles. Within these profiles, data can only be traced back to the following types of reports: platform (desktop, mobile, etc.), geolocation (from national to city level), language, browser, resolution, source (direct, search, referrals, social), and AdWords status.

YouTube

All cookie information is collected anonymously for the purpose of improving the user experience and optimizing the quality and functionality of the videos displayed. IMAGEM does IMAGEM store IMAGEM personal data or sell it to third parties.

Automated decision-making
