IMAGEM demonstrated in an ISO audit that it complies with the international standard for information security. Since December 28, 2022, we have been ISO 27001 certified, confirming that our processes meet the requirements of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard.
On December 28, 2022, we obtained ISO 27001 Information Security certification. This certification was issued by DigiTrust B.V. They conduct an annual surveillance audit of our ISMS, and a full audit is performed every three years.
Our ISMS focuses on identifying and managing risks related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information—including information pertaining to IMAGEM, our team, and our clients. By implementing organizational, team-based, physical, and technical security measures, we mitigate or reduce the likelihood and impact of these risks. By continuously improving our information security—including by responding to changes through a “Plan-Do-Check-Act” cycle—we ensure the continuity of our business operations and the services we provide to our customers.
