Rik is a software developer at IMAGEM a member of the Mikado team. While studying Information, Multimedia & Management at VU University Amsterdam, he quickly realized that programming fascinated him the most. After several years of experience as a software developer, he wanted to deepen his knowledge, and at IMAGEM , he IMAGEM make applications smarter and more user-friendly. With his analytical mind and drive, he tackles complex issues with energy.
Outside of work, Rik likes to stay active. Mountain biking is his favorite activity, but running is also often on his schedule. And when the weather isn’t cooperating, he hops on the rowing machine. He also goes on long hikes, often along trails managed by Staatsbosbeheer or on clog paths. In addition, he enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in nature.
