Apeldoorn, January 7, 2022 – IMAGEM the Ministry of Defense have extended their partnership by three years. IMAGEM one of the most important suppliers of geospatial technology to the Dutch Defense Organization for many years and will continue to be so in the coming years. The current partnership is not only being extended but also significantly expanded. This confirms the strong relationship both organizations have built over the past decades.

IMAGEM advanced applications in the fields of GIS, remote sensing, data management , and business intelligence to the Ministry of Defense. The current agreement expired at the end of 2021, and both parties sat down to negotiate new terms. The successful collaboration over the past years and mutual confidence in the future have led not only to an extension but also to an expansion of the agreement.

This new agreement with IMAGEM the Ministry of Defense to utilize the latest technology in the field of geospatial Artificial Intelligence (AI), set up information-driven dashboards, and establish powerful digital twins real-time command and control systems. In addition, a broad team of specialists from IMAGEM stands IMAGEM to support the Ministry of Defense in this endeavor and to implement these innovative solutions together.
